It’s basically guilty pleasures week here at my place: cheesecake, pizza, Big Macs, hash, and crack. 😉 (I’m completely kidding…don’t do drugs, kids!) But these are a few of my favorite things that we’ve flipped to make them macro-friendly. In case you’re looking for some inspiration, here’s my prep list for this week 10/22/16.
For breakfast: Protein Cheesecake (this week I’m doing strawberry)
Big Mac Salad
Meat & Veggie Hash (this week, it’s chicken, italian sausages, brussel sprouts, tomatoes, peppers, Italian seasoning, and parmesan)
