Member Spotlight: Miranda

The MacroEd Tribe is 6 weeks into the 2017 New Year Challenge and the energy is incredible! Occasionally, we like to spotlight members who have committed to changing the lives and bodies for the better. These members truly believe in our mission and we are thrilled to share their stories.

Today we would like to feature Miranda Tucci, a two-time MacroEd cycle participant. She is well on her way to her 100 pound weight loss goal!

How have you changed physically, mentally, or emotionally?

I’ve gained so much knowledge about food.. I feel confident knowing I can do this and succeed! You’ve given me all the tools!
How did you make the program fit into your daily life?

Miranda said it very easy to incorporate MacroEd’s principles into her daily life by doing meal prep on Sundays, which made it easy for her to eat macro-friendly meals throughout the week. “I did all of this while being a single mom, working 40 hours a week, and working towards my masters, she said.” Miranda writes that MacroEd is “busy person” friendly.

What’s your favorite macro-friendly food? 

Grilled chicken pizza (on a tortilla)

What would you say to someone considering MacroEd? 

Give this a try… an honest to goodness 8 week cycle. You will be so amazed at how well this WORKS. It’s not hard to do, and MacroEd gives you all the tools you need. The support system is amazing and it’s been the biggest blessing to my life!

What’s your best piece of advice for our new friends? 

Her most important words for new participants are “follow the plan.” She encourages those going through a cycle to be serious about it, because if you don’t follow the plan then it won’t work. “If you’re stuck, ask questions! The support system with this is so valuable and so useful. Everyone around you doing this wants you to be successful!”
