Crazy Easy Cheese Crisps

A homemade, low carb snack “cracker” recipe that even your kids can make?  Yes, please!  These Crazy Easy Cheese Crisps are quick to make and delicious with veggies, dips, cheeses, or by themselves.  You’re going to want to make a double batch!

Crazy Easy Cheese Crisps

Ingredients

  • sliced cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300.
  2. Cut cheese slices into 4ths.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Place cheese bites on the paper.
  5. Bake for 30 mins or until desired crispness.
  6. Cool on a paper-towel-lined plate.

Notes

Nutrition info will vary based on your cheese. Log each Cheese Crisp as 1/4 a slice of cheese. You can use ultra-thin slices or slices of normal thickness, you may just need to adjust your baking time.

Modifications:

Vegetarian: You bet!

Gluten Free: Absolutely!

Dairy Free: not this time

I feel silly giving you a 1 ingredient recipe, but you’re really going to love these.  And I think you should totally eat them with my Jalapeño Pimento Cheese.

You can also do this with little piles of shredded cheese.  And I added lime juice and taco seasoning to one batch of mine…they were awesome.  The possibilities are endless.
