Recipe for Cheese Crisps
I feel silly giving you a 1 ingredient recipe, but you’re really going to love these. And I think you should totally eat them with my Jalapeño Pimento Cheese.
You can also do this with little piles of shredded cheese. And I added lime juice and taco seasoning to one batch of mine…they were awesome. The possibilities are endless.

- sliced cheese of your cheesing
- Preheat oven to 300.
- Cut cheese slices into 4ths.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place cheese bites on the paper.
- Bake for 30 mins or until desired crispness.
- Cool on a paper-towel-lined plate.
Nutrition info will vary based on your cheese. Log each Cheese Crisp as 1/4 a slice of cheese. You can use ultra-thin slices or slices of normal thickness, you may just need to adjust your baking time.
