Our meal plans are one of the most popular features of our program. Each week members receive a meal plan that includes recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks as well as prep instructions and a detailed shopping list. We take all the guesswork out of following our plan.

We don’t just believe in the science of weight loss and nutrition but we also have a Registered Dietitian on staff who gives lectures, answers questions, and is even available for private coaching if you need some more support in your weight loss journey.
